Hey Paul,
Based on some suggestions I received yesterday, I tried to reinstall fsl with Ubuntu 16.04 instead of 18 version. I deleted the fsl folder to uninstall. Is there any better way to uninstall FSL instead of deleting the folder.
Now after installation accordingly, FSL doesn’t even start.
What shall I try now?

It looks like the file path is not valid.
What happens when you run this command in a shell?
ls -l /home/rblinux/CT-MRI-5634_MR_nor*
