This is my current record of Cs values on TFS systems for bio, maybe TFS people on this list can confirm these:

Microscope pole type Cs [mm]

Tecnai 10 High-Contrast 4.3
Tecnai 12   Bio-Twin 6.3

Tecnai 12 Twin 2.26
Tecnai (F)20 Twin 2.26
Tecnai (F)30/Polara Twin 2.26
Glacios C-twin 2.7
Tecnai Arctica C-twin 2.7
Talos Arctica C-twin 2.7
Titan Krios & Halo C-twin 2.7

Our Polara has a Cs of 2.26 mm.  This was actually measured before it was installed but most twin lenses are said by Philips/FEI/Thermofisher  to have a Cs of 2.0 mm.

Subject: [ccpem] what is the spherical aberration of TF30 Polara electron microscope (FEI)

Dear everyone,

I am trying to process microscophs data collected from TF30 Polara electron microscope with relion. The data is downloaded from EMPIAR. In the "CTF estimation" work type, the I/O tag interface require to input the  spherical aberration. Do you know what is the spherical aberration value of FEI TF30 Polara electron microscope?

Best regards

Yeping
