Dear everyone,

In the section 1.7 (Making templates for auto-picking) of the relion30 tutorial, about "the number of classes" on the "optimisation" tab, the tutorial states that "we like to use on average at least approximately 100
particles per class". The data I am working on have 1200 micrographs and about 1.6 million particles have been extracted. If there are 100 particles in one class, then there should be 1,600 classes. So should I set "the number of classes" to 1600?

Best regards
