MRC-NIHR Trials Methodology Research Partnership - PhD opportunities

The MRC-NIHR PhD programme presents a unique opportunity to undertake training and research in major areas where clinical trials need to be improved to help increase the health of society.

Studentships are available for candidates with qualifications in a variety of subject areas including statistics, mathematics, health economics, epidemiology, psychology, social science, computer science, informatics and health services research.

PhD projects are still available at a number of institutions (University of Manchester, University of East Anglia, University of Exeter, University of Nottingham) to join the MRC-NIHR  Trials Methodology Research Partnership. Project titles, studentship award conditions   and closing dates vary by institution.
