Not my area at all, but could they be curare poison arrow heads brought back as a souvenir from some exotic place? The tips are quite small and the quiver looks similar to a possibly older one see pic - think this is in Reading.
Wakefield Museums have some examples and John the curator knows more than me on this...perhaps try Leeds Armouries?

Hi everyone,

I've been asked if I'm able to ID the below quiver and arrows (my knowledge finishes at being able to ID them as a quiver with arrows...) and wondered if anyone else could shed any light?
