Blue Carbon: Sources, Rates and Fates of Carbon in the Marine Environment

If you work on or are interested in carbon in the marine environment there is a one day meeting on Blue Carbon  being held at the Royal Society of Edinburgh on the 28th of June. The keynote will be given by Professor Thomas Bianchi (University of Florida) alongside prsentations from Ruth Parker (CEFAS), Markus Diesing (NGU Norway), Mark Huxham (Napier University) and Colin Moffat (Chief Scientific Advisor (Marine) to Scottish Government).

The  meeting is co-sponsored by the Marine Studies Group of the Geological Society of
London, the SAGES Source to Sea Forum, and Marine Scotland and the Scottish Blue Carbon Forum.

If you are interested in presenting a talk or poster please submit an abstract by the 17th of June.
