cpd25 are pleased to introduce a half-day course aimed at building confidence and developing skills in negotiation and influencing techniques.

 

This training will provide you with a toolkit that can be used in negotiation, where you will be introduced to the latest research and best practices in the field, combining theory and practical tips on how to effectively influence people.

 

By the end of the day you will have gained the confidence to choose the correct negotiation strategy and style. You will be able to choose the most appropriate communication style, words and body language to enhance your personal charisma and fully realise your potential for influencing others.
