Register now for CLAST2019, a GSA Penrose Meeting , cosponsored by International Association of Sedimentologists and the British Sedimentology Research Group

Deadline for applications - May 15, 2019

Meeting - August 4-9, Juneau, Alaska

Funding available for US Early Career Scientists and some non-US graduate students

The overall subject of this GSA Penrose conference on sedimentation relating to climate and tectonic interactions is a discussion that has garnered significant attention and is a consistent theme at conferences and numerous scientific workshops. Our proposed conference is designed to bring together people with this common interest to synthesize the state of knowledge on this topic in a way that is often not possible within the confines of a limited special session at a major international meeting.
