FSL experts, I have done some reading, but can't seem to find any information about the specifics for the atlas/labelling used in FIRST. Specifically, I know that FIRST models were trained for 15 the different subcortical structures using 336 manually-labelled T1-weighted MR images, but what atlas is being used for the labels or is it its own atlas?
