The Medical and Pharmaceutical Statistics Research Unit is pleased to
announce the two-day short course “Designing Phase I Dose Escalation
Studies” to be held on 10th & 11th, June 2019 at Lancaster University.

*Course: *Designing Phase I Dose Escalation Studies

*Date: *10-11th June 2019
*Presenters:* Prof Thomas Jaki and Dr Pavel Mozgunov.

This course will present the state-of-the-art methodology for
dose-escalation studies and will be delivered through a mixture of
lectures, practical sessions, and discussion sessions.

Programme will include
1) Model-based dose-escalation;
2) Bayesian model-free dose-escalation for drug combinations;
3) Dose-escalation designs incorporating multiple endpoints;
4) Dose-escalation in healthy-volunteer studies.
