Hello all 

Would you like to play a key role in making health research relevant and inclusive for everyone? Are you experienced in embedding inclusive approaches within work programmes? Have you experience of delivering partnerships, events and activities that involve and engage people?

This is an exciting and varied role within the Public Programmes Team, a nationally recognised, award winning team who advise on and deliver Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement, or PPIE, in health research.

We are looking for an exceptional communicator who has experience of initiating and embedding change by working collaboratively with stakeholders and the public. The post holder will work with colleagues to develop and deliver inclusive patient involvement and public engagement projects connected to health research. They will also help to build awareness and capacity within the team, and the people we work with by providing expertise and training. They will build relationships with relevant partners and communities across Greater Manchester and represent the team and our work to diverse audiences. We are looking for a committed and resilient team player with excellent organisational and project management skills.

Public Programmes is based within Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, partnered with the University of Manchester and works across Greater Manchester. We are financially independent and not-for profit, hosted by Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in partnership with the University of Manchester.
