Looking for recommendations please.

Our Schools team here at National Museums Scotland are looking for a freelancer/contractor who can help them develop their Schools bookings Excel spreadsheet. They currently use an Excel template produced by (the now defunct) Culture Republic, in advance of a CRM systems revamp which is in the pipeline. Any idea of companies/individuals who we could approach for the following?

We are looking for the help to:

Update existing or produce a new template to work with the latest version of Excel
Update existing or produce a new template to include dates from August 2019-July 2020
Update the schools information and workshop listings behind our templates for the 2019-20 school year
Create templates which will automatically pull information from the spreadsheet into word documents to create daily information sheets for Museum staff
Provide recommendations for improvements

They have a small budget – any recommendations gratefully received.
