Dear Colleagues,

In 2014, Érudit developed its award-winning (ALA) partnership model in collaboration with Canadian research libraries.

A Transformative APC-Free Open Access Model

We at Érudit strongly believe in the necessity of a diversity of models to achieve the transition to full and immediate open access worldwide. We are also aware that APC models are not well-suited to the social sciences and humanities.

Our Partnership for Open Access aims to flip Érudit’s entire peer-reviewed collection to open access, without APCs. The more libraries join the partnership, the faster we can complete the transition to full OA and the lower we can make the cost for each partner.

Make a Difference

Academic libraries play an essential role in the rise of sustainable open access. Be part of the movement!
