Good afternoon GEMmers,

We’ve been trialling monthly ‘relaxed openings’ for people who find it easier to visit our galleries whilst it’s a bit quieter. Currently they take place on the first Saturday of the month from 9.30am – 11.30am.

I emailed all the support groups I could find and we’ve advertised through our social media accounts but we’ve not really had many visitors.

We’re wondering if we’ve got the timings right and if we were better offering something later in the day or at another time.

Does anyone have any experience about what’s worked in their organisation?

Thanks for your help!

Eleanor
