Hi All,
I have been viewing lesion masks on T1 images (dozens of them, one after the other).

Is there a way, at the command line to indicate that you want masks to display with partial transparency? FSLview does this, but I wasn't able to find similar functionality in fsleyes.

I noticed the very nice --outline capability. However, it only seems to work with labels and not masks!  It'd be wonderful if it worked with masks. Can we designate, at the command line, that an image is a mask or label?

Thanks so much, I am becoming increasingly fond of fsleyes...it does a LOT of cool and useful stuff.
