Hi Alan,
FSLView uses the cal_min/cal_max fields in the image header to
initialise its display range. FSLeyes ignores these fields, because
they are unreliable, and instead uses the actual image data range to
initialise its display range. Change the display range to whatever is
relevant to the data you are viewing.
