The University of South Wales (USW) currently seeking an External Examiner to support the following PG Marketing, Events and Hospitality courses:

 

-          MSc Strategic Digital Marketing

-          MSc Public Relations

-          MSc Marketing

 

The post is available for a term of four years (September 2019 – 30 November 2023).

Previous experience as an external examiner and proficiency in using Blackboard VLE would be an advantage, but is not essential as the University is able to provide mentorship to the successful applicants. Applicants will need to demonstrate the ability to sample, extensively, all module assessments and examinations as well as students work. External Examiners will also be required to write interim and final reports commenting on all aspects of the degree programme. Training will be provided, and the post holder will be expected to attend subject and progression boards throughout the year.
