Dear All,

I am running Motioncorr from the GUI using Relion's own implementation.

I am unable to use the GPU with this option.

The log file indicates that:  Written aligned but non-dose weighted sum to MotionCorr/job019/Micrographs/*_noDW.mrc

But there is no *noDW.mrc file in the directory.

only *.mrc files are there.

Any idea how to fix these issues.
