Oops, the message is incorrect. When you specify 'dose weighting: no', non-dose weighted sums are called *.mrc, not *_noDW.mrc. The files are fine; just proceed your processing. By the way, I always apply dose weighting. Indeed, CTF estimation might work bit better on non-dose weighted images but RELION 3.0 has CtfRefine. Writing non-dose weighted images is waste of disk in most cases.
