Hi,

For per-micrograph defocus, astigmatism and Cs, "--premultiply_ctf"
option in relion_preprocess should work.

More complicated cases (beam tilt, per-particle defocus) are not
supported in 3.0.x. This issue will be resolved in 3.1, which is not yet
available.

You are right. CTF correction is done on-the-fly during refinement and
reconstruction.
