Dear all,
I’m using PEB to find group difference in two group.
To get best estimation, now i’m using spm_dcm_peb_fit.m .
Here is my question, is there any problem use code to estimate in separate group before run PEB?
What i mean
Session 1.
——— ——— ——— ———
* GCM1 = Group 1 DCM -> spm_dcm_peb_fit.m
* GCM2 = Group 2 DCM -> sum_dcm_peb_fit.m
——— After session 1———
Session 2.
* GCM3 = {GCM1 + GCM2} -> spm_dcm_peb.m
