With all due respect, what changed to allow the continued uploading/sharing of CC licensed and PD works on Flickr? Asking primarily so that similar strategies for improving relations with the platforms across the commons can be shared and learned from. As is, it seems like a closed door conversation happened and it's not clear what leverage points were used or contributor value communicated to the platform to encourage them to withdraw their plans to clamp down on the commons.
