The Specialist Project
Working within existing organisational designs, we will identify the core specialist skills needed to deliver the Wellbeing of Future Generations Act (and other acts) and foster and develop these
skills. We will develop our understanding of how specialists can work most effectively (together and with others) learn continuously to deliver the Act and support each other to increase sustainably in Wales.
Wales is as the forefront of many areas of activity. We will improve opportunity and succession in ways that support the development of individuals and teams, increase confidence and expand our
understanding of specialists can provide leadership and share their transferable skills.
