Dear All

Can you take a neurodiversity survey?

Staff within Higher Education are being asked if you can undertake a survey about Neurodiversity in the workplace.

The survey is aimed at people with a neurodivergent profile, who have been diagnosed/identified with Autism, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, ADHA and others.

You may need to click on the link twice, to get to the survey.  There are only 9 questions, its anonymous and takes roughly 3 minutes to complete.

It is intended for the findings to be reported back to Occupational Health and HR departments within Universities throughout the UK and to assist with further promotion with regard to management training and awareness of Neurodiversity.  It is our aim gather enough data to enable us to encourage HE to include neurodiversity in their Equality and Diversity training, which for most is mandatory.   We have already had a great response in just 2 weeks.

Please share within your University and to other HE institutions.
