The HEE London, Kent, Surrey & Sussex Staff Development Group have organised the next free CPD library visit. These visits are a great opportunity to develop your knowledge about librarianship. For those working on CILIP Chartership or similar, the visit will help you to explore your wider library, information and knowledge sector context. Free CPD visit to the Keep, Brighton, Thursday 28th March 2019, 2pm-4pm. The Keep is a world class archive centre bringing together the collections of the East Sussex Record Office, The Royal Pavilion and Museums local history collections and the internationally significant collections of the University of Sussex. The visit will include a behind the scenes tour of the bespoke archive building and a chance to look at some of the collections including the Mass Observation Archive and documents from the newly acquired archive of filmmaker Sir Richard Attenborough.
