Hi Maria, If you try running $FSLDIR/bin/fslpythonw what do you get? It should start Python - if it doesn't it may be a problem with your fslpython installation. Can you run fslpython (without the 'w' on the end)? Thanks, Martin ________________________________ From: FSL - FMRIB's Software Library <[log in to unmask]> on behalf of Maria Ivanova <[log in to unmask]> Sent: 28 March 2019 19:41:19 To: [log in to unmask] Subject: [FSL] asl_gui problem Hello, I have just upgraded to FSL 6.0.1 and trying to run BASIL by calling the gui interface: asl_gui. But it is giving me an error. The actual file is there. All other fsl commands/guis run just fine. Here is the error message I’m getting. $ asl asl_calib asl_file asl_gui asl_mfree asl_reg aslmanager $ asl_gui env: fslpythonw: No such file or directory I’m suspecting that the issue could be in the python version (by default I have python 3.7). Any ideas on how to solve this would be much appreciated. Thanks, Maria. ________________________________ To unsubscribe from the FSL list, click the following link: https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?SUBED1=FSL&A=1 ######################################################################## To unsubscribe from the FSL list, click the following link: https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?SUBED1=FSL&A=1
