Thank you a lot!
Can I ask you something more about how to reconstruct the 4D image from these files?

I also found that they are time series files and there was a thread on this forum talking about how to get them at this link: https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=spm;bb82a678.1405

Thanks again,
Carlotta.

Hi Carlotta

It does not seem like any standard format. They may be simple text files. Can you read them in e.g. gedit?

I do not think you can run FEAT or FILM on them; however, you can try to create a 4D NIfTi file with 111 'voxel' from them (with fslmaths and some shell scripting), which can then be fed into any analysis program.

Subject: [FSL] .ts format files

I everyone!

I have some fMRI data in a format I never saw or worked with. They told me they are fMRI data already cut by ‘ROI’ (out of 111 Harvard-Oxford ROIs) and the format is .ts

Do you know what can I do with these data? Can I perform a GLM in FSL with them? If yes, how?

Thank you so much,
Carlotta.
