Dear FSL experts,
I am trying to perform group ICA using FSL Melodic via the GUI. I tried with the raw fMRI data of 5 subjects and I received an error as follows:
An exception has been thrown.
Runtime error:- detected by Newmat: process fails to converge
MatrixType = Diag #Rows = 450; #Cols = 450; lower BW = 0; upper BW = 0
Trace: Evalue(tql2)
I have also run melodic via the command line with my already preprocessed data and I did not experience any issue. Hence, I would grateful if you would have an insight into what may cause this problem as I have tried several options but still, the same error persists. Thank you very much for your assistance.
Best Regards,
