I have an unprocessed raw dwi data that containes phase encoding. Thus, after performing topup an eddy correction using "eddy_openmp" was applied. As a result, the output image had "INF" values and other extremely large values. In continue, I had problem in tensor estimation and tractography.

I could appreciated if anyone could help me about the resulted problem, that why this happened and how can I solve it?
