Thanks Paul. What I meant was that when I load the 00index report of my two identical melodic analysis, a component might look almost identical but it's not exactly the same (down to the same voxel value at every voxel) for the two analyses. For example component 1 looks very similar between my two analyses so I'm sure they correspond to the same component, but in one analysis the maximum threshold is 14.56 and the other is 15.32. I'm sure I used the same input images and settings because I only changed the output directory in the Melodic gui.
