Hello Daniel,
     You could use ttoz ( with a “mock” varcope the same size as the input image, set to all ones ) however for non-parametric stats, converting your equivalent p-value image to a z-score with fslmaths -ptoz may provide more directly interpretable results. Because randomise generates 1-p values, you would need to swap back to p before running -ptoz.
