If he has a clash and the paper is moved say from the morning to the afternoon then yes he can revise.
If it’s a follow on then no.

Subject: Revision between clashing exams
Hi All,
My son is taking his A Levels this summer and has a clash so will be supervised between the 2 exams. However, he has been told that he is not allowed to use the time to revise
for the subject which has been move from morning to afternoon because it gives him an advantage over the other students.
Is this correct or just the school being awkward? I can't say I have ever seen anything about this before.
