Graduate Certificate in International Business – Niels Brock, Copenhagen
De Montfort University is seeking to appoint an external examiner for the Graduate Certificate in International Business that runs at our partner institution, Niels Brock, in Copenhagen, Denmark, within the Strategic Management & Marketing subject group of the Faculty of Business & Law. The post will commence October 2019 and will be for four years.
The aim of the programme is to give students a pre-Masters qualification in International Business. Topics covered include:
• Introduction to UK Graduate Study
• English Language Development for PG Students
• Plus a selection of Level 6 International Business modules, including Accounting, HRM, Marketing and Strategy
Appointees are responsible for overseeing the whole suite of modules associated with the programme, and are required to moderate a sample of scripts relating to each module and report on these to the module leader. Regular attendance at Assessment Boards (held in the UK) and the provision of an annual report to the University would also be expected.
It may be a requirement to visit the partner institution in Denmark.
We would be particularly pleased to receive enquiries from persons with previous experience as an external examiner.
