Hello, Likely it is stuck in OpenGL mode. To work around that edit the *.xml file in the directory PROJECT_DIR/ccpnmr/Analysis/. Near the top you should see a line which starts <ANAL.AnalysisProject and inside that there should be an attribute saying graphicsHandler=“OpenGL” change the “OpenGL" to “Tk”.
