I don't know if it is related but
I used to get this error when I used multiple gpus. But when I ran the same job with 1 gpu and 1 cpu the error vanished.

In my MotionCorr job folder I have .mrc and _noDW.mrc files. Just to clarify: are they both non-dose weighted files? If so, does relion output dose-weighted sums?
