Hi, UCSF MotionCor2 produces up to three images per movie. X.mrc: no dose weighted X_DW.mrc: dose weighted X_DWS.mrc: dose weighted, subset of frames (only newer versions) RELION's wrapper will: X.mrc: rename to X_noDW.mrc if 'save non-dose weighted as well'. Otherwise delete. X_DW.mrc: rename to X.mrc and use for subsequent processing (AutoPick, Extract) X_DWS.mrc: always delete I don't know why you get the error; probably file system related.
