We are currently advertising a 2-year postdoctoral position to work on the project: /Multiscale inference for understanding collective animal movement,/ working with Dr. Colin Torney and Prof. Dirk Husmeier at the University of Glasgow. The appointed researcher will take a leading role in developing mathematical models of multiscale complex systems, such as animal groups, and associated model inference tools, including Bayesian optimisation and statistical emulation.
