Dear All, We are looking into developing or procuring a bullying and harassment reporting system. Report and Support has been adopted by several universities and provides a good solution for us at DMU: https://reportandsupport.co.uk/ However, as part of due diligence in procurement, we will be scoping whether other suppliers are available. Please can I ask whether any one has used an alternative provider, or has developed their own process internally? I'd also be interested to hear about any related development work that you went through before launching your platforms - e.g, did you have project steering groups? If so, who were the representatives and what was included in your project plan? From conversations with Report and Support, they advise that the longest part of the implementation of the platform is HEIs having their ducks all in a row to manage reports - e.g harassment advisers, revised policies etc. Thanks in advance, Chris.
