Hi Stephen, Thanks for your reply. With using the Basic LTI building block, when I click on a webpa link from Blackboard, the assessments page redirects to Course home page And I am no longer in the Ultra base navigation view. As a result, I have to go back to the login screen to be able to come out of the original course view. So as another option I configured the WebPA LTI under 'LTI Tool Providers' with 'Allow Membership Service Access' set to 'Yes' and set up as a course content tool. Using this option I could successfully create a WebPA assessment link and all appears fine in WebPA except that the 'Sync Data' option is no longer visible In the menu bar. I understand this would be resolved with the updated version of the LTI extension with support for official membership service and LTI 1.3.
