Dear all, As we will soon be releasing SIRF 2.0, we need to update versions of our dependencies (particularly Gadgetron). The new version of Gadgetron requires gcc-6, however ubuntu-16.04 uses gcc-5. If you are using the current VM (which is on ubuntu 16.04), this therefore means that you can no longer do ‘git pull’. Worry not - you can keep using the VM and everything will keep working fine as long as you don’t do 'git pull' :) . In the near future, Edo will release a new VM using 18.04 (which has GCC-6), such that the most recent version of the superbuild can be used.
