Hello everyone, could somebody please consult me wrt. image filtering. I want to apply a filter to a 3D STIRImageData object in C++, and I wanted to ask if there is already code available, and if not, which STIR classes would be good to use, because I am a bit overwhelmed by all the files containing the word filter in STIR. Also is are there some filter methods for MRI?
