Dear Ying, I have once modified spmmouse to work with SPM8 and SPM12, and some effort has been put into SPM to make human-scale spatial assumptions explicit and configurable. However, this does not apply to the segmentation algorithms. Therefore, spmmouse in SPM12 will use "Old Segment" and "Old Normalise", it will not make use of DARTEL or spm_preproc-like segmentation. I am not actively using the toolbox, but if you are interested in the code, please contact me off-list. Volkmar
