Dear Christian, thank you for your quick answer. We're trying to edit the code of the cat_stat_analyze_ROIs.m file, but we're a little bit lost. It seems that t values are estimated in the function [p, Beta] = estimate_GLM(Y,X,SPM,Ic), but we haven't figured out how to print them in the matlab output yet. Have you any hint which could help us? Thank you immensely for the help, Davide
