Dear All, when I estimate my flexible factorial model with an explicit binary mask, the intensity of single voxels in the spmF image change, in comparison to its intensity in the model with no mask (example attached). It is not the case though when I estimate one sample t-test with/without mask. What could be the reason for that? Ps. I use I use SPM12 (7219 version). Thank you in adavance for any help.
