Numbers of people wanted access to the files. There are two options. The first is via my ResearchGate site where it is deposited <https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Douglas_Craig/publications> under "Presentation" (see left hand side). That will get to the title of the video. Double click on the file title for access to download. The published paper regarding that is also available there. The file is sizable.
