We have NoRTh (Northern Realist research Team Hub), mostly based at Northumbria University, but we have connections across the north east. We run courses, supervise, examine or are in contact with a number of past and current PhD students using realist approaches, regularly bid for and undertake realist research and run a realist reading group; we’d be delighted to include you in the mailing list for the latter if you wish… So… not really a working group as such, but a group working in that area!

Hi RAMESES,

 

I have just moved from London to Newcastle to write up my PhD thesis, a realist process evaluation of opt-out blood borne virus testing and associated pathways of care within London prisons. 

 

I was wondering whether anyone knew of any working groups on realist evaluation in or around Newcastle?
