Afternoon,

I am hoping for some help.

I have a user looking for information around the concept of “the SWARM”.

The SWARM is when a significant incident occurs and provides a rapid response to patient safety incidents, allowing immediate action and enhancing organisational safety culture.

Is anybody aware of this in their organisation and if so, would they be happy to share any information?

Thanks ever so much and best wishes for marvellous Monday.

L
