Hi,
Someone’s asked me if I could give an idea of the breakdown of respondents as this would be helpful. I got replies from two Royal Colleges and the rest was NHS.

Subject: Literature Search Pricing
Hi,
We’re in the process of reviewing our pricing for our literature search services. Would anyone be willing to share the following information:
·
How much do you charge for literature searches?
·
What do you offer for the service (i.e. search strategy, synthesis, bibliography, etc.) ?
·
How much time do you spend on average for a search?
·
How many literature search requests do you get on average per month?
·
What are the main reasons for conducting literature searches (i.e.: patient case, writing a paper, a talk, etc.)?
·
Do you conduct literature search to support the writing of a systematic reviews?
·
How many members of staff do you have doing literature searches?
I’ll be happy to combine all the answers, keep them anonymous (if requested), and email them to the list.
If anyone know of another list that would find it useful, please feel free to share.
Many thanks,
Assad
