** apologies for cross posting **

Dear all,

We’ve had a fantastic response rate to our new landscape survey for book authors about open access so far – thanks to everyone who helped to spread the word as it’s been a real community effort.

The survey closes this Sunday 3 March so this is a final push to ask if you could share the survey information and link (below) with your networks again.

Please feel free to also share our Tweet: https://twitter.com/SN_OAbooks/status/1101062805124538368

We will make the anonymised raw data freely available to all under a CC BY licence.

Many thanks in advance,

Christina Emery

In 2019 Springer Nature will publish a report on book authors’ attitudes to publishing and the awareness and perceived benefits of open access.

We’d like to ask book authors to contribute to this research by completing a survey and they will be able to indicate if they would like to receive a copy of the report. They will also have the chance to win one of five $100 gift cards.

All academic book and chapter authors (including those published by another publisher) are invited to complete the survey, whether they have published an open access book, or know absolutely nothing about open access.

The survey will close this Sunday 3 March 2019.
