Same as Bucks, although these sorts of enquiries are greeted with a sigh when received in the office as they definitely take a lot more time than what we are allowed to charge for by our Executive.
We also ‘watermark’ the maps before sending out – can be done in ArcGIS.

Hi Calli,
In Bucks we still offer this as part of normal HER searches for the few contractors and consultants who don’t have GIS.

Subject: Map production
Hello all,
This may have been addressed recently, but I can’t find anything in my inbox, so I’m afraid I’m asking again – what is the general consensus on producing labelled maps (obviously on open data mapping) for commercial enquirers to reproduce
in their reports? We have been asked to potentially do so, and plan to charge the work at the same rate as an enquiry – but I wondered if it was something that other HERs offer as standard, or even possibly refuse to do? Do you have a separate pricing structure
for “extras” on top of standard enquiries?
Admittedly, this doesn’t happen very often, as most enquirers prefer to produce their own mapping, but I am just trying to be prepared for all eventualities!
Kind regards,
Calli Rouse BA MCIfA

Time to Change is a growing movement of people changing how we all think and act about mental health problems..
Although attitudes to mental health are changing for the better, too many people are still made to feel ashamed or isolated because they have a mental health problem.
In Buckinghamshire, we’re working with local communities, workplaces and schools to help end negative attitudes and behaviours towards people experiencing mental health problems.
Time to Talk Day on 7th February aims to get more people talking openly about mental health.
